Our Complimentary Shipping Service

We offer free shipping on all orders. Your items are shipped via air freight to the United States, where local delivery then takes over.

Our dedicated sales and delivery team personally handles and delivers your order. They take great care to ensure your shipment arrives on time, set up your purchased products, offer guidance, and show you how to use them.

Shipping cost: There are no shipping charges to you.

Delivery time:
Delivery generally takes 7 to 10 business days. We work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Our team will set up and demonstrate your products in your home. The entire process typically takes around 30 minutes, depending on what you ordered and the type of demonstration needed.

This website's only delivery provider is our own courier service.
We do not accept deliveries from other companies.
We do not handle international shipments.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has not been shipped within one hour of placement, please contact customer service to request a cancellation.

Please be aware that cancellation is not possible after the order has been shipped.

Deliveries may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, temporary stock shortages, or consecutive holidays. We appreciate your understanding.

If we are unable to reach you because of an incorrect address or extended absence at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to us.
